Prep Time: 5 Min Cook Time: 1 Min
- Chia Seeds
- Oats (uncooked)
- Greek Yogurt
- Take the peel off the banana & the green tops off the strawberries.
- Throw everything into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Tips & Tricks:
- Put the hardest things at the bottom of your blender (ice).
- Add or exchange any fruits with whatever you have around the house: peaches, frozen mixed berries, spinach, etc.
