Looking for a quick breakfast or healthy snack that you can guzzle on the go? Try a smoothie! Bachelor Cooking staff often default to a smoothie when we don’t have time to cook–or chew for that matter.

Prep Time: 5 Min          Cook Time: 1 Min

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chia Seeds
  • Oats (uncooked)
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Ice

 

Directions:

  1. Take the peel off the banana & the green tops off the strawberries.
  2. Throw everything into the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.

Tips & Tricks:

  • Put the hardest things at the bottom of your blender (ice).
  • Add or exchange any fruits with whatever you have around the house: peaches, frozen mixed berries, spinach, etc.
